1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following words are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — The bdf22 website and all services connected to it.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has created an account at bdf22 or is using its services.
• "We" or "bdf22" — The organisation operating this platform.
• "Account" — A personal user account registered on bdf22.
• "Services" — All gaming and betting activities including cricket betting, slots, live casino, fishing games, and multi-bet.
• "Bonus Funds" — Money added to an account through promotional offers, which cannot be withdrawn until specific conditions are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition requiring a set amount of bets to be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account at bdf22, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is only for those aged 21 or above.
• Each person may operate only one account. Multiple accounts under the same person's name are prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• You must operate the account in your own name and with your own funds — betting on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• By creating an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to abide by them.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdf22 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. In such cases, a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification may be requested. bdf22 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until the verification process is complete.

3 Account Management

You are fully responsible for ensuring the security of your account. Please keep the following in mind:

• Always keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify our support team immediately.
• Do not leave your device unattended while logged into your account.
• bdf22 bears no responsibility for activities authorised on your account if account credentials reach a third party due to the user's own negligence.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

The accepted methods for depositing funds at bdf22 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Funds will only be credited to the account after the deposit has been successfully processed.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the deposit or one that is linked to the account.

• A withdrawal request may not be cancellable once it is being processed.
• bdf22 is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect payment details being provided.
• Withdrawals may be on hold while a verification process is ongoing.
• bdf22 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for investigation if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5 Terms Related to Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn ৳1,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Even if ৳12,000 or more is deposited, the bonus is capped at ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. It is applied at 15 times the bonus amount — not the deposit or total balance. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• An account is eligible for each bonus only once.
• bdf22 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Misuse of bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• bdf22 reserves the right to revoke any user's bonus eligibility if it deems it appropriate.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities at bdf22 are conducted on the basis of clear rules. Each game and betting section has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If an error occurs in any game or bet due to a technical issue, bdf22 reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake.
• The game results stored on bdf22's servers are considered final.
• bdf22 is not responsible for the outcome of an active bet or game if the user's internet connection is disrupted.
• bdf22 reserves the right to cancel any winnings or bonuses credited in error due to a system fault.

6.1 Sports Betting Special Terms

The following applies to participation in the sports betting section:

• Bets placed before an event begins remain valid at the set odds, unless the event is cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with bdf22's policy.
• bdf22 is not responsible for any discrepancies arising from delays in the data feed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if they occur:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage ("bonus hunting").
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Collusion (conspiring as a group to cheat other players).
• Money laundering or using illegal funds on the platform.
• Deliberately attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Betting or gaming on behalf of a third party.

8 Privacy & Data Security

bdf22 treats the protection of users' personal data as its highest priority. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

• Users' personal data is not sold to third parties.

• Information may be provided in response to a valid request from a legal authority.

9 Limitation of Liability

bdf22 bears no responsibility for the following:

• Losses arising from disruption to the user's internet connection.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence in exposing login credentials.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party technical issues.
• Delays in the withdrawal process due to delays in identity verification.
• Losses incurred by a user as a result of their own violation of the rules.

bdf22 does not guarantee uninterrupted service on the platform; services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen technical reasons.

10 Responsible Gaming

bdf22 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is an entertainment activity — not a solution to financial problems.

• Avoid betting beyond your means.
• If you notice problematic gaming behaviour in yourself, take a break.
• If you need self-exclusion or to temporarily lock your account, please contact the support team.

11 Changes to Terms

• If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the right to stop using the platform and request that your account be closed.

12 Account Closure & Suspension

12.1 Closure Initiated by the User

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance remaining in your account.

12.2 Closure or Suspension Initiated by bdf22

bdf22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Instructions from a legal authority.

If an account is closed, all pending bets may be cancelled and any balance will be settled in accordance with the rules. Withdrawals will be temporarily suspended while an account is kept on hold during an investigation.
